Afcons has been selected for rehabilitation of existing tracks and construction of a second line on the Dugo Selo–Novska railway section in Croatia. The scope includes civil works, overhead electrification, and signaling and telecommunication systems, making it a comprehensive EPC-style engagement rather than a limited civil contract.

With an estimated value of €677.07 million excluding VAT, and a completion timeline of about 72 months, this is among Afcons’ largest overseas projects by value.
