Chandrababu Naidu has unveiled the state's IT & Global Capability Centers (GCC) Policy 4.0, promoting extensive 'Work From Home' (WFH) opportunities, especially for women in the IT sector. This initiative aims to provide flexible working arrangements, enabling professional women to manage their careers alongside personal responsibilities. The policy encourages corporates to adopt liberal WFH options, potentially setting a precedent for other Indian states to follow. By facilitating remote work, Andhra Pradesh aspires to increase female workforce participation and foster a more inclusive work environment.
