The company highlighted steady volume growth, strategic expansion initiatives, and confidence in long-term demand recovery despite temporary margin pressures across the construction materials sector.

Market Performance And Financial Snapshot

Apollo Pipes reported FY26 consolidated revenue of ₹1,104.9 crore, reflecting a 6% year-on-year decline, while EBITDA fell 31% to ₹66.5 crore. Net profit after minority interest declined sharply by 77% to ₹7.5 crore amid volatile raw material prices and subdued demand conditions.

However, Q4FY26 performance showed signs of recovery. Revenue increased 10% YoY to ₹347 crore, while sales volume jumped 21% YoY to 31,366 MT, indicating improving market traction and stronger distribution demand.

Management Outlook Remains Positive

Chairman and Managing Director Sameer Gupta stated that FY26 remained challenging due to fluctuating PVC resin prices, unseasonal rainfall, and lower infrastructure spending. However, the company expects improved performance in FY27 as PVC prices stabilize and demand conditions normalize.

Apollo Pipes is also aggressively expanding manufacturing capacity from 240,000 tonnes to 288,000 tonnes over the next two years through greenfield and brownfield expansion projects. The company is focusing on value-added products, including CPVC, PVC-O pipes, water tanks, bath fittings, and window-door profiles.
