Ashiana Housing Rewards Investors: Board Approves Interim Dividend Amid Market Volatility

The Board of Directors of Ashiana Housing Limited has sanctioned an interim dividend for the year ending March 31, 2025, during a meeting convened on March 28, 2025. Although the quantum of the dividend remains to be announced, the action reflects the company's optimism regarding its performance despite the turmoil in the real estate market recently. The move comes at a time when Ashiana Housing is staring at a possible fall short in its FY25 pre-sales guidance, with estimates now at ₹1,900 crore compared to the initial ₹2,000 crore guidance. This dividend declaration will probably be seen positively by investors, given the company's recent forays into expansion and its capacity to tide over market movements in core segments such as Gurugram.
