Bengal launches real-time tracking system for investment proposals

The West Bengal government is planning to launch a real-time tracking system for investment proposals as part of its further efforts to simplify the process of investment. This is part of the overall strategy of the state to enhance the ease of doing business by offering a single platform for tracking and managing investment projects. The system will allow real-time information on proposal status, making it easier for entrepreneurs and investors to monitor their applications. This is in addition to the newly constituted State-Level Investment Synergy Committee, which focuses on accelerating approval and clearance for investment proposals. West Bengal hopes to become India's top investment destination by adopting technology in its investment process.
