Bollywood Superstar Shah Rukh Khan Leases Luxury Duplexes in Mumbai

Shah Rukh Khan has leased two duplex apartments in Mumbai's Pali Hill for a total of Rs 8.67 crore over three years. The first duplex, on the first and second floors, is rented from producer Jacky Bhagnani and his sister for Rs 11.54 lakh monthly. The second, on the seventh and eighth floors, is leased from producer Vashu Bhagnani for Rs 12.61 lakh monthly. The combined monthly rent for both properties is Rs 24.15 lakh, with security deposits totaling Rs 68.97 lakh. The lease agreements were registered on February 14, 2025, showcasing the actor's continued investment in Mumbai's high-end real estate market.
