Breaking Boundaries: Saudi Princess Leads Yoga Revolution in Asia

Princess Mashael Bint Faisal Al Saud of Saudi Arabia becomes the first Saudi national member of the Asian Yogasana Sports Federation (AYSF) governing body. She will represent Saudi Arabia while serving as President of Women and Children Safeguarding Committee. Princess Mashael, with more than 15 years of experience in yoga, is a dedicated practitioner of diverse yoga styles. Her appointment is a significant milestone for Saudi women involved in sports and a mark of the kingdom's rapidly growing interest in yoga. The Saudi Yoga Committee congratulated her, expressing hope in the promotion of women's and children's roles in sports and safety and empowerment in athletics.
