Burger King is surfing the K-wave directly into Indian taste buds and hearts through the introduction of its limited-season Korean Spicy Fest, throwing the ketchup aside for a spicy buldak-inspired move. With K-pop and K-dramas taking over the playlists and television screens, the international fast food giant is laying out a plate that's as hot as the Hallyu fever itself.

The new menu, which is now being offered across the country from April 2, offers a variety of Korean-inspired goodies: from the spicy Buldak Chicken Burger and Korean Spicy Paneer Burger to glazed chicken wings and Korean fries. Every one of them is made with a proprietary mixture of sesame, ginger, garlic, and red chilies, all packed into high-end brioche buns for a sweet-soft spicy kick that's distinctly Korean but adapted for Indian taste buds.
