Centum Electronics to Invest Up to 2 Million Euros in Centum T&S Group SA

Centum Electronics Ltd. plans to invest as much as 2 million euros in Centum T&S Group SA, a step-down unit dedicated to developing embedded electronic systems for industries such as transportation, aerospace, and medical. This is a strategic development to upgrade Centum's presence in these markets, making the most of its global presence and high-reliability electronics know-how. The investment is part of Centum's overall plan to spread its presence to high-growth industry segments and consolidate its position as a one-stop-shop solutions provider.

Centum Electronics recently raised Rs 210 crore from a qualified institutional placement (QIP), which shows good investor sentiment on its growth story. The "Make in India" push of the company and the expansion in new geographies, like the Middle East defence industry, will contribute to the growth in the coming years.
