Check Point Software Sets the Stage for Cybersecurity Revolution in India with New R&D Hub

Check Point Software Technologies has revealed its intention to set up its first Asia-Pacific Research and Development Centre in Bengaluru, India. This strategic initiative, announced at the CPX Bangkok 2025 conference, seeks to tap into India's technological expertise and foster innovation in cybersecurity solutions. The new R&D centre will concentrate on advancing key product lines such as Check Point Quantum and Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) technology. This expansion further solidifies India's role as a significant contributor to global cybersecurity and digital innovation. The 42,700-square-foot office in Bengaluru, which opened last year, is Check Point's second-largest facility worldwide and will initially house over 100 engineers.
