Enviro Infra Engineers Limited (EIEL) has announced a string of significant project wins and strategic moves, positioning itself as a key player in India’s infrastructure and clean energy sectors. The company recently secured a Letter of Intent (LOI) to acquire Vento Power Infra’s 40 MW solar power project in Odisha, alongside multiple large-scale sewage treatment plant contracts, and is targeting robust order inflows for the coming fiscal year.

Major Solar Acquisition:

EIEL has received an LOI from PTC India Financial Services Limited for the acquisition of a 40 MW (AC) grid-connected solar power project in Bolangir, Odisha. The project, valued at ₹115.61 crore (₹1.16 billion), will sell solar power at ₹4.1/unit for approximately 18 years and has already achieved partial commercial operation.

Expansion in Water Infrastructure:

The company has bagged multiple EPC contracts for sewage treatment plants (STPs) across Chhattisgarh, including:
16, 14, and 2 MLD STPs in Ambikapur
15 and 26 MLD STPs in Rajnandgaon
33 MLD STP in Korba
Each contract includes 15 years of operation and maintenance, reinforcing EIEL’s leadership in the water and wastewater treatment sector.

Aggressive Growth Targets:

EIEL is targeting fresh order inflows worth ₹2,500 crore for FY26, with ₹500–600 crore expected from Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM) projects and the remainder from EPC contracts. The current bidding pipeline stands at ₹5,000 crore, with the company already securing projects worth over ₹200 crore this fiscal.

Strong Financial Momentum:

In Q4 FY25, EIEL reported revenue of ₹392 crore, a profit after tax of ₹73 crore, and EBITDA margins of 25.3%. The company maintains a revenue growth guidance of 35–40% for FY26, driven by a robust order book of ₹1,180 crore and strong government-backed project inflows.

Strategic Diversification:

EIEL is expanding into renewable energy as a dedicated business vertical, starting with solar and planning to move into hybrid energy solutions, further diversifying its portfolio.

“We are looking at renewables as a separate business line,” said Manish Jain, Managing Director, reflecting the company’s commitment to sustainability and growth.
