DefSat 2026: India’s Defence-Space Forum Strengthens Strategic Focus

India is preparing to host DefSat 2026, the country’s most prominent defence-space dialogue platform, underscoring the growing importance of military space as a strategic frontier. Now in its fourth edition, the forum has evolved into a critical venue for discussions on operational doctrine, industrial collaboration, and technology resilience.  

DefSat 2026 will convene senior military officials, policymakers, technology partners, and industry leaders to address challenges and opportunities in space-enabled defence. Building on the success of previous editions, which drew over 500 participants from 20 countries, the upcoming forum will focus on strengthening India’s role in global defence-space partnerships.
