Delhivery Launches All-Women Distribution Centre In Kochi, Expanding Gender-Inclusive Logistics

Delhivery announced the launch of its first all-women distribution centre in Kerala, located in Kochi, taking its nationwide tally of women-led hubs to six. The facility has been designed with secure rest areas, changing rooms, ergonomic workspaces, and enhanced safety features, and is capable of processing more than 1,000 parcels per day, reflecting efficiency from day one.

The Kochi centre forms part of Delhivery’s broader strategy to deepen women’s participation in logistics, a sector traditionally dominated by men. Women are staffed across core operations, last-mile delivery, and team leadership at the new hub, strengthening diversity and operational performance.
