DLF's 'The Dahlias' Project in Gurugram Achieves Record Sales of ₹11,816 Crore

DLF, India's leading real estate developer, has achieved a significant milestone by selling 173 ultra-luxury apartments in its "The Dahlias" project in Gurugram for ₹11,816 crore. Launched in October 2024, this 17-acre development comprises 420 apartments and penthouses, with a minimum size of 10,300 square feet. The average price per residence is approximately ₹70 crore, reflecting strong demand from ultra-high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and non-resident Indians (NRIs). This success underscores the growing trend of affluent Indians investing in luxury real estate, with luxury homes now accounting for 26% of total residential sales, a significant increase from 2020.
