EFC (I) and Pepperfry Join Forces to Revolutionize Furniture Industry

EFC (I) Limited has announced the incorporation of Forty Two Ventures Limited, a joint venture with Pepperfry Limited. The company, incorporated on March 4, 2025, will be engaged in logistics and supply chain management for the furniture sector, including studios, experience centers, and retail showrooms. With an authorized share capital of Rs. 25 lakh and an initial paid-up capital of Rs. 10 lakh, EFC (I) has a 50% interest in the venture. The strategic alliance is intended to capitalize on the strengths of both companies in furniture manufacturing, logistics, and retail display. The alliance is intended to stimulate innovation, increase operations throughout India, and increase value for customers and stakeholders in the competitive furniture industry.
