Project Size: The project comprises a group of eight private residential complexes at Lokhandwala, Andheri West, over a total plot area of around 4.75 acres (19,229 sq. meters) and 548 existing members.

Agreements Entered into: Five societies have signed Development Agreements (DAs); the remaining three societies have issued Letters of Intent (LOIs), with final signing imminent.

Saleable Area & Value: The project would yield around 10.6 lakh sq. ft. of saleable area with a projected Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹3,000 crore.

Strategic Expansion: The expansion is according to Rustomjee's strategy of reinforcing its presence in Mumbai's leading suburban markets and growing its portfolio in micro-markets and price points.
