Landsmill Agro operates a modern edible oil processing facility in Mathura, with a capacity of 235 metric tonnes per day, extensive storage infrastructure, and a strong distribution network with 500+ distributors across India.

Sunbridge Agro owns an 800 metric tonnes per day state-of-the-art edible oil refinery at Kandla, along with significant storage and customs-bonded warehousing facilities, poised for capacity expansion.

Both companies reported robust financial performances for FY25, with Landsmill Agro generating revenues around ₹1,395 crore and Sunbridge Agro posting revenues exceeding ₹1,443 crore.

Projected FY26 revenues show strong growth potential: Sunbridge Agro aims for ₹2,520 crore and Landsmill Agro targets ₹1,800 crore, supported by increasing demand and expanded capacities.

This acquisition aligns with Elitecon’s ambition to boost its FMCG portfolio, integrating diversified edible oils offerings and leveraging widespread distribution networks.
