Empowering MSMEs: Central Bank of India and Vastu Housing Finance Join Forces for Competitive Loan Solutions

Central Bank of India has formed a strategic co-lending partnership with Vastu Housing Finance Corporation to provide MSME loans at competitive rates, enhancing financial inclusion. Vastu, a non-deposit-taking housing finance company with ₹7,990 crore in assets and 181 branches, will handle loan origination and processing based on jointly established criteria. The Central Bank will take on up to 80% of the loans, which Vastu will service throughout their lifecycle. This collaboration aims to streamline the lending process for MSMEs and expand both organizations' reach across India, benefiting underserved customers significantly
