Epic Energy to Begin Commercial Production of EV Chargers in Coimbatore Facility

Epic Energy Ltd., in collaboration with Fenfeo Automotive, is set to commence commercial production of EV chargers at its newly established Coimbatore facility by early 2025. The plant, with an initial capacity of 15,000 chargers annually, represents a ₹5 crore investment covering CAPEX and OPEX. The joint venture aligns with India's push for green energy, leveraging Fenfeo's OEM partnerships and Epic's sustainability focus. The EV charging market in India is projected to grow at a CAGR of 40%, reaching $6 billion by 2030.
