Major investors Y Combinator, Ribbit Capital, and Peak XV Partners sold a combined 4.7 percent stake in Billionbrains Garage Ventures, the parent company of Groww, for ₹5,326 crore. YC Holdings sold 1.45 percent, Peak XV divested 0.99 percent, while Ribbit entities together offloaded a 2.26 percent stake through multiple bulk deals.
Fedbank Financial Services
True North, through True North Fund VI LLP, sold 2.56 crore shares or a 6.86 percent stake in Fedbank Financial Services for ₹385.4 crore at Rs 150 per share. The stake was acquired by Nomura entities, with Nomura India Investment Fund Mother Fund and TNTBC purchasing shares worth ₹216.1 crore and ₹169.32 crore, respectively.
