Ola Electric Mobility
Ola Electric founder Bhavish Aggarwal sold 2.62 crore shares (0.59% stake) for ₹91.87 crore at ₹34.99 per share. He said the sale was a one-time move to repay a ₹260 crore promoter-level loan, enabling the release of all previously pledged 3.93% shares.
Pearl Global Industries
SBI Mutual Fund has acquired 6.6 lakh shares (1.43% stake) in the cloth manufacturing company for Rs 105.68 crore at Rs 1,599.99 per share. Meanwhile, promoter Deepak Kumar Seth sold 6.25 lakh shares (1.35% stake) for Rs 100 crore at Rs 1,600.04 per share.
Karnataka Bank

US-based Massachusetts Institute of Technology (FDI) exited SBFC Finance by selling its entire 1.25% stake (1.36 crore shares) for ₹143.37 crore at ₹105.14 each. Additionally, MIT Basic Retirement Plan Trust and 238 Plan Associates LLC offloaded small stakes worth ₹14.57 crore and ₹3.59 crore, respectively. Meanwhile, Tata AIA Life Insurance bought 0.75% and Temasek-owned Aranda Investments purchased 0.65%, together investing over ₹161 crore at the same price.
