Google for Startups and Scaler have launched “Startup School: Prompt to Prototype,” a two-week AI skilling program for Indian founders. Running from November 27 to December 7, 2025, the initiative empowers entrepreneurs to build AI-powered prototypes without coding, bridging India’s innovation gap and accelerating the journey from idea to product.

India’s Startup Scene Gets an AI Boost with Google & Scaler’s New Skilling Sprint

In a strategic push to democratize AI innovation, Google for Startups and Scaler have unveiled a hands-on skilling initiative titled “Startup School: Prompt to Prototype.” The two-week program, scheduled from November 27 to December 7, 2025, is designed to help early-stage Indian founders transform bold ideas into functional AI-powered prototypes—without needing traditional coding expertise.

The initiative comes at a time when India boasts over 180,000 startups, yet fewer than 2% are truly AI-native, highlighting a critical gap in tech fluency and product innovation.

No-Code AI Prototyping

Participants will learn to build AI-first solutions using tools like Gemini, Imagen, Veo, NotebookLM, and AI Studio, enabling rapid development without deep technical backgrounds.

Live Sessions & Mentorship

The curriculum includes live online workshops, expert-led sessions, and peer collaboration, offering real-time guidance from Google engineers and industry mentors.

Government & Industry Support

The program is backed by MeitY Startup Hub, Startup India, IndiaAI Mission, and NASSCOM, reinforcing its national relevance and scalability.

Certification & Showcase Opportunity

Graduates will receive Google-backed certification and a chance to present their prototypes at the “Build the Future” Showcase in January 2026.
