From Screens to Screams: IPL Fan Park Brings Stadium Thrill to the City

The Indian Premier League (IPL) has taken its Fan Parks to 50 cities across 23 states and a union territory for the 2025 season. The parks offer an almost-stadium experience with live match streaming, music, entertainment, food courts, play zones for kids, and interactive games like virtual batting areas and face-painting booths. The initiative aims to relive the thrill of watching IPL matches for those who cannot attend games in person. New cities in which Fan Parks are being set up for the first time include Kakinada, Dimapur, Karaikal, Manbhum, Purulia, Rohtak, and Tinsukia. The initiative is a part of the BCCI's effort to connect with fans all over the country and bring the excitement of cricket to locations beyond established cricketing cities.
