Godrej Properties, one of India's top real estate players, has created a buzz with its acquisition of a high-end 6.46-acre land tract in Sector 44, Noida, for ₹506 crore. The strategic acquisition, sealed through an e-auction by the NOIDA Authority, will revolutionize the area with a world-class residential complex with 1.4 million square feet of development potential and an estimated revenue of ₹3,000 crore.

The new project, provisionally titled Godrej Riverine, will set a new standard in luxury living with beautifully crafted 2, 3, and 4 BHK apartments. Situated in one of Noida's most popular sectors, the project offers hassle-free connectivity to commercial areas, schools, and hospitals. The new Noida Metro line further increases its attractions.

Residents can anticipate world-class amenities such as a state-of-the-art gymnasium, swimming pool, clubhouse, landscaped gardens, and round-the-clock security. This is Godrej Properties' sixth foray into Noida, strengthening its foothold in the Delhi-NCR market.
