GR Infraprojects Posts Strong Q4 FY26 Earnings With Revenue Crossing ₹2,500 Crore

G R Infraprojects delivered a healthy Q4 FY26 performance with consolidated revenue from operations rising to ₹2,500 crore and consolidated net profit reaching ₹207 crore. The infrastructure company also announced key board-level changes, including the appointment of Ajendra Kumar Agarwal as Chairman, strengthening its long-term leadership and expansion strategy.

G R Infraprojects Ltd reported robust March quarter results for FY26, backed by strong project execution, strategic asset monetisation, and stable operational efficiency. The company also introduced major management appointments aimed at reinforcing governance and accelerating infrastructure growth across India.

Financial Performance Remains Strong

For the quarter ended March 31, 2026, G R Infraprojects posted consolidated revenue from operations of ₹2,500 crore, while consolidated net profit stood at ₹207 crore. The company maintained healthy profitability despite sector-wide execution challenges and rising operational costs.

On a standalone basis, FY26 revenue from operations increased to ₹7,620 crore compared to ₹6,516 crore in FY25. Annual profit after tax climbed to ₹996 crore from ₹807 crore in the previous financial year. Earnings per share for FY26 improved sharply to ₹102.95.

Leadership Restructuring Gains Attention

The company appointed Ajendra Kumar Agarwal as Chairman in addition to his current role as Managing Director with effect from May 11, 2026. Ashwin Agarwal was appointed as Whole-Time Director for a five-year term, while Rajan Malhotra was recommended for reappointment as Independent Director.

Asset Monetisation Boosts Profitability

During FY26, G R Infraprojects monetised multiple highway assets through transactions with Indus Infra Trust. The company booked significant exceptional gains from the sale of subsidiaries including GR Bahadurganj Araria Highway, GR Ena Kim Expressway, and GR Bilaspur Urga Highway projects.
