Grand Continent Hotels Shares Debut on BSE SME Platform Today

Grand Continent Hotels is set to make its debut on the BSE SME platform today, March 27, 2025, following its IPO subscription that closed at 1.79 times. The ₹74.46 crore IPO, priced between ₹107-₹113 per share, comprises 66 lakh fresh equity shares. Despite high investor anticipation, the Grey Market Premium (GMP) remains flat at ₹0, indicating a neutral listing sentiment. The proceeds will be used for debt repayment, expansion of hotel properties, and other corporate purposes. With 16 operational hotels and an occupancy rate of 67.69%, the company follows an asset-light model for sustainable growth.
