This strategic move aims to strengthen Granules' position in the global pharmaceutical market and expand its product portfolio. The acquisition aligns with Granules' growth strategy of diversifying into high-value segments and enhancing its presence in regulated markets. This development follows Granules' recent focus on innovation and sustainability in pharmaceutical manufacturing, as well as its efforts to expand its oncology portfolio and finished dosage capabilities.
