Green Light for Growth: HDFC Capital Partners with Total Environment for ₹13 Billion!

HDFC Capital has made a massive investment of ₹13 billion along with Total Environment to develop upscale residential projects in Bengaluru. This tie-up will add a further 6.5 million square feet of new projects to Total Environment's current portfolio of 16 million square feet, resulting in an overall Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹101 billion. The projects will be completed within the next four to five years, responding to the increasing need for green housing solutions. HDFC Capital Managing Director & CEO Vipul Roongta highlighted the need to work with credible builders in order to serve the needs of the market. Total Environment Founder Kamal Sagar was also positive about the investment's ability to improve the quality of urban living spaces.
