Green Megawatts, Fresh Money: Acme Solar Opens QIP At ₹294.13 A Share

Acme Solar Holdings has opened its qualified institutions placement (QIP) of equity shares, setting the floor price at ₹294.13 per share. The fund-raising move, cleared by the board and shareholders earlier, is aimed at tapping institutional investor demand to support the company’s growth and balance sheet objectives in the renewable energy space.  

The fund raising committee, acting under prior approvals from the board and shareholders, authorised the launch of the QIP on June 1, 2026. The issue is being executed under Chapter VI of the SEBI ICDR Regulations and Sections 42 and 62(1)(c) of the Companies Act, with a detailed preliminary placement document filed the same day.
