In a historic bid to increase healthcare availability to the blue-collar class, the United Arab Emirates has signed a historic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in Dubai. The effort, which focuses on ethical, affordable, and quality healthcare services, is a joint initiative between the UAE and India and is backed by significant stakeholders and diplomatic organizations.
