The Indian Navy’s INS Trikand arrived at Alexandria, Egypt, for participation in Exercise Bright Star 2025—a landmark multilateral military drill hosted by Egypt and the United States. Taking place from August 31 to September 10, this 19th edition of Bright Star is one of the largest and most comprehensive joint exercises in the Middle East, bringing together naval, air, and land forces from 44 countries and reaffirming India’s growing stature in international security collaborations.
