Jetking Infotrain Announces Strategic Fundraising Through Preferential Share Issue

Jetking Infotrain Ltd., a prominent IT education and training brand, has announced plans to raise funds by offering 428,622 equity shares at an issue price of ₹154 per share on a preferential basis. This strategic decision is intended to strengthen the company's financial standing and drive its growth efforts. With zero debt in the last five years, Jetking has shown time and again very sound financial health, keeping interest costs below 1% of operating revenues while giving more than 61% for employee expenses.

 

The preferential issue is at a crucial juncture for the company, which has delivered outstanding three-year returns of 117.57%, beating the Nifty Smallcap 100 index. In spite of recent selling pressure in the stock market, Jetking is steadfast in its determination to grow its domestic and international businesses. The money raised from this initiative will be used to fund its aggressive plans, including additional technological upgrades and expansion abroad to countries such as Sri Lanka and Nigeria.
