JSW Neo Energy Expands Green Portfolio with ₹630 Crore Hetero Acquisition

SW Neo Energy Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of JSW Energy, has completed the acquisition of three wind energy Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) from Hetero Group for an enterprise value of ₹630 crore. The 125 MW renewable energy portfolio includes Hetero Wind Power, Hetero Wind Power (Pennar), and Hetero Med Solutions, operating in Andhra Pradesh and Maharashtra. JSW Neo will acquire 100% stake in two SPVs while taking a 74% stake in Hetero Wind Power. The acquisition, which brings projects with established long-term power purchase agreements generating annual revenue of ₹143.5 crore, advances JSW Energy's goal of reaching 10 GW capacity by FY2025123.
