Jyoti Ltd Secures ₹40.77 Crore Order from Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation

Jyoti Ltd has announced the receipt of a new order from Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Limited (GETCO), Vadodara, for the supply of 525 units of 11kV VCB panels. This contract, valued at ₹40,77,66,820 including GST, is to be executed on or before 12 October 2026. The terms include inclusive payment, packing and forwarding, freight, insurance, and GST, with a 60-month guarantee from commissioning or 66 months from supply, whichever is earlier. The order is strictly domestic and does not fall under any related party transactions, nor do promoter groups hold any interest in GETCO regarding this order.
