Kesari Chapter 2: Akshay Kumar's Historical Drama Gets New Release Date

Akshay Kumar, R Madhavan, and Ananya Panday's upcoming film "Kesari Chapter 2: The Untold Story of Jallianwala Bagh" has received a new release date. Originally slated for March 14, 2025, the historical drama will now hit theaters on April 18, 2025, coinciding with Good Friday. Directed by Karan Singh Tyagi, the film is based on C. Sankaran Nair's fight against the British Raj to uncover the truth about the Jallianwala Bagh massacre. Produced by Dharma Productions, Leo Media Collective, and Cape of Good Films, this courtroom drama is inspired by the book "The Case That Shook The Empire" by Raghu Palat and Pushpa Palat. The release date change has generated excitement among fans eagerly awaiting this powerful historical narrative.
