LKP Finance Ltd has successfully completed the sale of its entire investment in Bond Street Capital Private Limited for ₹401.2 million. The transaction, approved by the board of directors on February 3, 2024, involved the divestment of 9,95,000 equity shares of ₹100 each. This strategic move aligns with LKP Finance's broader restructuring efforts, which include divesting various investments and properties. The sale marks the end of Bond Street Capital's status as a wholly-owned subsidiary of LKP Finance. This divestment is part of a series of transactions approved by the company, including the sale of other investments and properties, aimed at streamlining operations and optimizing its portfolio.
