Mane on a Mission: Udayan Mane Leads Indorama Ventures Open Golf Championship

Olympian Udayan Mane showcased his golfing prowess on day three of the Indorama Ventures Open Golf Championship 2025, held at the Kalhaar Blues and Greens Golf Club in Ahmedabad. Mane delivered a resolute four-under 68, building a two-shot lead with a total of 14-under 202.  

Despite an early double-bogey on the second hole, Mane bounced back with five birdies and a spectacular eagle on the 14th hole, thanks to his longest drive of the day and a perfect chip-in. His performance on the par-5s was particularly impressive, scoring five-under across four holes.  

Bengaluru’s Khalin Joshi, another former PGTI No. 1, remains in second place at 12-under 204 after a solid round of 69. Faridabad’s Abhinav Lohan and Chandigarh’s Angad Cheema are in third and fourth positions, respectively, keeping the competition fierce as the tournament heads into its final round.  

Mane, playing at his former home course, expressed confidence in his strategy, focusing on smart shots and adapting to swirling winds. With 12 titles under his belt, he is well-positioned to end a three-year victory drought.
