FIIs: Net Sell of ₹3311.15 crore

DIIs: Net Buy of ₹3907.64 crore

Quarterly Earnings:

CIE Automotive India Q4 (Consolidated YoY)

Profit grew 1.1% to ₹179 crore (vs. ₹177 crore). Revenue declined 5.8% to ₹2,109.95 crore (vs. ₹2,240.4 crore).

Sanofi Consumer Healthcare India Q4 (YoY)

Profit fell 34.8% to ₹44.3 crore (vs. ₹67.9 crore).

Revenue dropped 24% to ₹170.7 crore (vs. ₹224.6 crore).

Stocks to Watch

Berger Paints: NSE to remove from Futures & Options (F&O) segment effective April 25. Existing contracts remain valid.

Amara Raja Energy & Mobility: NSE will not include in F&O segment from February 28 due to eligibility criteria.

Cipla: Received USFDA approval for Nilotinib capsules for treating leukemia; launch expected in FY 2025-26. USFDA inspection of Sitec Labs resulted in two observations.

Delta Corp: Entered into an agreement with Head Digital Works for Deltatech Gaming’s acquisition and merger. Delta Corp will hold a 5.7% stake in Head Digital.
