Minda Corporation Ltd, a leading automotive components manufacturer, has announced the issuance of commercial paper aggregating to ₹100 crore. The move reflects the company’s proactive approach to managing short-term funding requirements and optimizing its capital structure. 

Issued under SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements, the commercial paper has already been listed on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
