Nazara Technologies' Nodwin Gaming Renews €1.6 Million Guarantee for Freaks Gaming

Nodwin Gaming, a group company of Nazara Technologies, has provided a guarantee of €1.6 million to Freaks Gaming. The action reinforces Nodwin Gaming's move to deepen its association with Freaks Gaming, a prominent European esports organizer. Nodwin Gaming has been making concerted efforts to increase its footprint in overseas markets, notably through its stake in Freaks 4U Gaming. The firm has augmented its holding in Freaks 4U from 13.51% to 57% and is in the process of acquiring 100% through a share swap arrangement worth around ₹271 crore. This strategic enlargement of the guarantee demonstrates Nodwin Gaming's commitment to further entrench itself in emerging markets as well as developed markets through the leveraging of Freaks Gaming's capabilities for further development in its esports operations.
