Nesco Ltd. Obtains Operational Consent for IT Park Buildings 3 and 4

Nesco Limited has received consent to operate for its IT Park Buildings 3 and 4, both located in Goregaon East, Mumbai. Building 3, completed in 2013, offers approximately 800,000 sq. ft. of LEED Platinum-certified office space, with each floor spanning around 63,000 sq. ft. Notable occupants include MSCI Services, HSBC Bank, and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Building 4, completed in 2018, provides about 1.7 million sq. ft. of Grade-A office space, featuring large floor plates of approximately 88,500 sq. ft. This building is also LEED Platinum-certified and houses tenants such as Here Technologies, KPMG India, and WeWork India Management.

Both buildings are strategically situated along the Western Express Highway, offering easy access to transport hubs, restaurants, and residential areas. Amenities include food courts, banquet facilities, leisure and dining options, a golf court, crèche, and lush open spaces, enhancing the appeal for current and prospective tenants.
