A wave of jubilation has swept through Lucknow as Indian Air Force Group Captain Shubhanshu Shukla readies himself for a historic journey to the International Space Station. Chosen as the pilot for Axiom Space’s fourth private astronaut mission, set to launch on June 8, Shukla’s achievement has filled his family—and the nation—with immense pride.
