The new line is part of ABB’s commitment to doubling production capacity by 2025, enhancing local manufacturing capabilities to meet rising domestic and export demand. Notably, the facility will feature over 50% women technicians, reinforcing ABB’s focus on inclusive workforce development.
Variable speed drives are critical in sectors like water treatment, HVAC, oil & gas, and manufacturing, where they help match motor speed to process requirements, improving efficiency and reducing operational costs.
