Adani Enterprises Limited (AEL) has made a strategic move into India’s aviation training sector by acquiring a 72.8% stake in Flight Simulation Technique Centre Private Limited (FSTC) for ₹8.2 billion. The acquisition was executed through its subsidiaries, Adani Defence Systems and Technologies Limited (ADSTL) and Horizon Aero Solutions Limited (HASL), marking a major step in Adani’s diversification into aerospace and defence training services.
This acquisition positions Adani Enterprises as a key player in the country’s pilot training ecosystem, leveraging FSTC’s advanced flight simulators and training aircraft. FSTC is recognized as India’s largest independent provider of flight training and simulation, accredited by both the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) and the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA). The company operates simulation centers in Gurugram and Hyderabad, and runs one of the largest flying schools in Haryana.
