Gautam Adani, Chairman of the Adani Group, has announced that the highly anticipated Navi Mumbai International Airport will be inaugurated this June. The state-of-the-art facility, developed as a joint venture between Adani Airport Holdings Ltd and CIDCO, aims to ease congestion at Mumbai's existing airport and boost regional connectivity. With an investment of Rs 16,700 crore, the airport will feature two runways and four terminals, eventually capable of handling 90 million passengers annually. Adani expressed enthusiasm about the project's potential to redefine India's aviation landscape and drive economic growth.
