AI Dreams Take Flight—IIT Kharagpur’s Internship Offers a Sky-High Opportunity

IIT Kharagpur and IEEE have jointly launched its Summer Internship 2025 for undergraduate and post-graduate students, offering them a complete virtual, experiential learning of the newer technologies. Training in artificial intelligence, machine learning, cloud computing, etc., is provided under the scheme, and applications can be made up to June 21.

Internship Overview

It is a completely online program where the students from across India can join from their locations remotely.

It is open to BTech, MTech, BSc, MSc, BCA, and MCA students, providing them with experience of working on actual projects.

Mentoring will be done by IIT Kharagpur faculty and IEEE experts to interns, which will make them technically more efficient.

Application Process

Application through a Google Form application along with a recent CV, passport-size photo, scanned signature, and a valid student ID.

Shortlisted individuals will be notified at the end of June, and the internship will commence in early July.

Certification and Career Benefit

Although unpaid, the internship offers e-certificates, project mentorship, and work that is portfolio-worthy.

The participants will gain industry experience and become AI and cloud computing sector competitive.
