Yogi Ltd. to Acquire Stake in Yogi Realtors LLP for ₹9.5 Mn—Strengthens Real Estate Play

Yogi Ltd. has announced its decision to acquire a strategic stake in Yogi Realtors LLP for a consideration of ₹9.5 million, marking a calculated move to deepen its presence in the real estate and allied infrastructure space. The investment, approved by the board earlier this week, is expected to be executed through internal accruals and will give Yogi Ltd. a minority but influential position in the LLP’s operations.

 

The acquisition aligns with Yogi Ltd.’s broader strategy to diversify its portfolio beyond financial services and tap into urban development and property management opportunities. Yogi Realtors LLP, known for its boutique residential and commercial projects in Gujarat, is currently developing two mid-scale housing projects in Ahmedabad and Vadodara.
