Odisha has unveiled ‘Ama Sathi,’ a unified WhatsApp chatbot designed to simplify access to over 120 essential public services for more than 4.5 crore residents. Developed in partnership with Meta, this citizen-centric tool allows users to avail services like certificates, licenses, government scheme benefits, and grievance redressal directly through WhatsApp, in both Odia and English, transforming the way public services are accessed across the state.
