Amber Enterprises India Ltd has taken a bold step into the global industrial electronics arena. Its subsidiary, IL JIN Electronics India Pvt Ltd, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire 5,624,591 shares of Unitronics (1989) Ltd, an Israeli company specializing in industrial automation solutions. The acquisition, valued at approximately INR 4.03 billion (USD 46.6 million), positions Amber as a key player in the fast-growing Industry 4.0 segment.
