Anupam Rasayan India Ltd., a leading specialty chemicals and custom synthesis player, has entered into a 10-year Letter of Intent (LOI) worth $106 million (about ₹922 crore) with a top Korean multinational. The deal involves the sale of a niche chemical with high performance, which is likely to begin from FY26 (fiscal year 2025-26). This specialty chemical finds use in the aviation and electronics industries. This collaboration reflects Anupam Rasayan's strong research and development strength and represents a strategic foray into the South Korean market, strengthening its global presence in high-growth industries.
